While sitting in Dr. Nguyen’s office today I had a feeling of calmness while waiting to be seen. His office is very inviting and friendly it was decorated in the Christmas theme with the light music that made me feel very relaxed. I have read other reviews on this site and have to disagree with the fact that the staff is uncaring not competent and rude. I have been a patient here for about two years not once have I ever experienced anything like that. I see many different doctors and all of them have the same thing hard to get a phone call returned hard to get into make an appointment it’s just how healthcare works. I’m glad that I found this doctor to manage my parathyroidism and I continue to see him the staff is great and they always make me feel like someone cares.
